555gam reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Standard KYC documents include a government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and payment method verification. Your account may be restricted until KYC is completed. This is a standard regulatory measure designed to protect all players on the platform.

There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though very large withdrawals may be processed in tranches subject to payment provider limits. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5 minutes. IBFT bank transfers take between 1 and 4 working hours. 555gam does not apply withdrawal fees on standard methods.
Your deposited PKR balance is withdrawable at any time. Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the specific promotion terms — these must be met before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. The progress of your wagering requirement can be tracked in real time from your account dashboard. Zero-wagering bonuses (such as weekly cashback) are withdrawable immediately upon credit.
An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 555gam will notify you by email before applying a dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 per month to the remaining balance. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in and regaining active status, at which point the fee will cease.

Tournament entry fees are non-refundable once the tournament has begun. If a player is unable to complete their tournament matches due to a 555gam system issue, their entry fee will be refunded. Tournament prize distributions are made immediately upon conclusion of each event and are not subject to additional wagering requirements.
